Reem is an associate in our employment team who enjoys working closely with clients to provide pragmatic advice in a timely manner. Her personable nature helps her to connect with clients in order to fully understand clients' needs.
Reem understands that dealing with employees requires discretion and quite often, a sensitive yet commercial approach. Reem has experience providing day-to-day advisory support, assisting with contentious matters, and defending claims in the Employment Tribunal.
Reem has experience advising human resource managers, in-house counsel and other senior personnel on a variety of employee relations issues.
Reem's experience includes: drafting key documentation such as service agreements, employment contracts and policies/procedures; drafting restrictive covenants; providing performance management, disciplinary and grievance advice; advising on senior termination and exits; and managing litigation (including complex Employment Tribunal claims and High Court claims).
